On December 14, Google services suffered a large-scale global outage. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Adwords, Google Adsense, Google Pay and others went down and could not be used normally, though most of the search business stayed intact.
On November 19 my site's ads suddenly went blank and I got the Google AdSense email "An ad serving limit has been placed on your AdSense account". It was fully restored on December 14.
