我，吃饱了撑的注册了个域名，Cloudflare账号没了，不建议将域名放在Cloudflare

Cloudflare Tunnel，各位 Cloudflare 用户熟悉吧，在 Liunx 环境中程序名叫：cloudflared，开源的源码也叫：https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflared，然后我吃饱撑的注册了 cloudflared.cn，然后使用 Cloudflare 的服务接入了 cloudflared.cn，然后，账号没了。

首先，我是 Cloudflare 忠实的用户，十分感谢 Cloudflare 提供的免费服务和产品，其中 Cloudflare Tunnel 也是我使用的产品，它的文档在：https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/networks/connectors/cloudflare-tunnel/，但是全是英文版，作为中国用户，我突发奇想，想自己翻译一个中文版的文档，然后使用 cloudflared.cn域名、github仓库、Cloudflare Page，进行搭建。

隐患就此埋下，文档中包含 Cloudflare 的名称、Cloudflare 的商标，其实我在注册这个域名时，2023年12月22日给 [email protected] 发了邮件，告诉CF我想做一个中文的文档，询问使用其 Logo 的话是否允许，但没有得到回应，邮件原文如下：

I'm translating a portion of cloudflare's documentation into Chinese, and I'd like to use the cloudflare logo on the documentation site.

I have not imitate Cloudflare, but I hope to keep it as consistent as possible with the style of Cloudflare’s official website.

I would like to ask if this is allowed? Will it infringe cloudflare's rights?

The domain name will also be similar: (cloudflared.cn), I am translating the documentation about Cloudflare Tunnel, is this allowed?

2023年12月22日一直到事发，没有任何事情发生。

2025年11月12日，我收到了 Cloudflare 的系统通知邮件，告诉我号没了，你违反了用户协议，原文如下：

您好，

与电子邮件地址 [email protected] 关联的 Cloudflare 帐户已被暂停，因为可能违反服务条款。Cloudflare 服务条款

位于 https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/。

暂停此帐户不会影响、禁用或删除您当前的服务。但在对此事件进行审查期间，会阻止您向 Cloudflare 帐户添加新域。

如果您对此次暂停有任何疑问，请通过 [email protected] 联系 Cloudflare 的信任与安全团队，对此进行讨论。

我给 [email protected] 发送邮件进行询问，没有任何回复，都是机器人的自动回复。

然后我注意到一个 Cloudflare 的滥用报告被激活，措施是：网络钓鱼拦截页面，实体名称或 ID：*.cloudflared-cn.pages.dev/*，这个对应的就是 cloudflared.cn 的 Page 服务。

2025年11月13日，我收到来自阿里云的邮件【阿里云侵权举报通知：cloudflared.cn】，邮件主要内容：

权利名称：Cloudflare

投诉理由：We have received a complaint from Ezellars, alleging that the website has infringed upon the trademark rights of Cloudflare.

到这里，我基本明白，因为 cloudflared.cn 导致我的账号没了。

取得沟通

在今天2025年12月3日，我收到 的回复，Eric（[email protected]）的回复，接受了我的解释，我没有刻意冒充、破坏 cloudflare 的品牌，邮件原文如下：

Thanks for getting back to me and clarifying your intentions with the cloudflared.cn domain registration. It’s helpful to know that you didn't intend to mimic our trademark or cause any harm.

However, even with good intentions, using the Cloudflare name or the "cloudflared" mark for your domain can confuse users into thinking there is an official connection to us. We also noticed your GitHub repository at https://github.com/renfei/cloudflare, which presents similar concerns. We want to avoid any situation where a user might mistakenly believe a site or code repository is provided, maintained, or secured by our team. Because of that risk, we do need to ensure these names are changed.

We’d certainly appreciate your interest in Cloudflare and prefer to resolve this amicably. Please let me know if you would be willing to transfer the domains to us and rename your GitHub repository to something that doesn't use our trademark. I’m happy to work with you on the logistics to make these processes as smooth as possible.

我并非要冒充 cloudflare，所以我表示可以将 cloudflared.cn 转移给 cloudflare，我的 GitHub 仓库也删除了。

不建议将域名放在Cloudflare

因为接入了 cloudflared.cn 导致我的账号被暂停，然后我整个账号下面的所有域名不允许我管理，不允许我转出，所有关于域名的操作，接口返回的报错都是403状态：Registrar access forbidden。

如果只锁定涉事的域名我能理解，但目前我整个账号被暂停，我所有的域名都无法进行管理和转出了，这让我有点不能接受。

所以，我不建议将域名放在Cloudflare，一旦账号被 ban，你所有的域名都栽了。

截止本文发布，我的 Cloudflare 账号目前依然是被暂停的状态，我已经考虑重新注册一个 Cloudflare 账号了。
