As of this writing, Bing indexes within one minute and Baidu within thirty. The tool I use is one I built myself — and of course I’m going to promote my own stuff.
Judge It by the Results
First, some context on my site. My Baidu weight rating on 站长 tools is mostly level 1, occasionally climbing to level 2 before dropping back. So my little site is about as ordinary as it gets — a plain Baidu weight-1 site — and they even revoked my fast-indexing privilege.
Then, every time I publish something new, I immediately push it to Baidu, Bing, and Google with my own webmaster tool. From the server logs, Bing’s crawler is by far the fastest — usually within 10 seconds. Baidu’s and Google’s crawlers show up within a few minutes.
On indexing, Bing is nearly instant: it publishes almost immediately, searchable in Bing right away. Baidu usually takes a while, or until the next day — possibly depending on the article. Baidu did index instantly a few times before but stopped; maybe because I don’t update often and it doesn’t treat my content as time-sensitive. Waiting a day isn’t terrible.

Can It Really Index Instantly
Plenty of webmasters care only about instant indexing and which tool does it. Truth is, a tool only adds polish — it merely tells search engines quickly that you have new content. Whether they index depends on your own content, update frequency, and so on. So this tool won’t transform your site, but it’s indispensable on the road to becoming an instantly-indexed site.
