On the morning of March 18, 2015, the Windows Hardware Engineering Industry Innovation Summit (WinHEC) was held in Shenzhen. Microsoft announced that Windows will be released this summer in 190 countries and regions, supporting 111 languages. Microsoft partnered with Lenovo, Tencent, and Qihoo 360 as well as Xiaomi to accelerate the global upgrade to Windows 10. 
Devices running Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows Phone 8.1 can upgrade for free within the first year after Windows 10 is released, even pirated users can upgrade; after upgrading users can use Windows 10, but the system remains pirated. 
Loyal users of the Xiaomi Mi 4 will be invited to participate in the Windows 10 experience and contribute to its later release. These loyal users will have the chance to download the Windows 10 technical preview — install the system and provide feedback to Microsoft. 
Qihoo 360 will also help users upgrade to Windows 10 for free.
