Yesterday I went and had my photo taken and submitted it to the authorities for filing.
I’ve filed before and already have a filing entity, and this is just adding a website — but everything has to be done over again: photos, forms.
Filing looks strict, but…
Individuals aren’t allowed to run blogs, forums, and the like — yet online it seems everyone runs them just fine. This blog is only for my own writing; I don’t charge users and it’s non-commercial, but the rules say I can’t. Sigh.
China’s regulations are famously convoluted, some of them even self-contradictory. No wonder the country can’t hold on to talent — everyone heads overseas.
No moral education class today, and the dorm has a power outage, so everyone’s fast asleep. The filing is submitted. I’ll write something so the search engines don’t arrive to an empty site.
