Let me recommend some hosting.
If you’re using domestic hosting on Windows, with a .NET or ASP site (there are other options too, just not the best ones), I recommend Zhijie Internet.
If you’re using domestic hosting and know your way around Linux, mainly running PHP sites (they only offer Linux hosting and only support PHP), I recommend Donglu Internet.
Zhijie’s servers are mostly in Shanghai and Beijing; they have Hong Kong and US locations too, but those are expensive and I don’t recommend them. Domestic speeds are good, though — this site runs on Zhijie’s Beijing BGP data center. Pretty fast, right? They help with ICP filing for free.
I’ve used Donglu as well. Their data center is in Zhengzhou, Henan, and the speed is also very good — almost no downsides. The one drawback is PHP only, all Linux hosting. Everything else is excellent, and they help with filing for free too.
One more thing to watch out for: legitimate providers don’t charge for ICP filing. If someone charges you for filing, that’s a sign they aren’t very legitimate. Be careful.
